Society has long expected moms to do it all, and saying “no” is often a luxury many moms can’t afford and often comes at a cost.  According to the 2022 SeekHer Shift Report, nearly ⅔ of moms have questioned their value because they were overwhelmed with juggling too much in motherhood [1].

From endless chores and childcare to the added stressors from a career, job, or employer, the pressures have never been more heightened for moms today. The pressure to take on this unpaid work at home often comes from needing to reduce the financial burden of outsourcing these needs, and is often disproportionately experienced by Black and Latina mothers [2].

Pure Leaf and SeekHer Foundation believe that “no” is beautiful, and moms deserve to be supported from the pressures of doing it all.

Together, we’re working towards a future where moms can celebrate their “no”, simplify their lives, and say “yes” to themselves. #NoIsBeautiful

Your “No” Is Beautiful.

The “No” Grants are part of Pure Leaf’s $1 million commitment to dismantle the barriers women face when saying “no.”

When the “No” Grants launched in 2022, Pure Leaf awarded 100 women with grants to support them saying “no” in the workplace. This year, the brand will double last year’s commitment and support moms with $400,000 in grants in 2023 to help alleviate some of the real financial pressures of juggling it all in motherhood.
