Dr. Jen Douglas | Psychologist & Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford

 
 

Dr. Jen Douglas (she/her) is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Jen specializes in helping women and gender-diverse individuals struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout.

In addition to her private practice, Dr. Jen provides individual and group care for anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders through Stanford University's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She also teaches coursework on diversity to postdoctoral fellows at Stanford University.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Jen enjoys providing education to the real world through her Instagram account (@drjenofficial) and facilitating workshops on coping strategies for stress, burnout, and working motherhood.
