Monica Mo, PhD | Director

Dr. Monica Mo is the founder & CEO of WellSeek, and the director of their non-profit arm, SeekHer Foundation. A former biotech scientist turned social impact advisor and mental health advocate, she has spearheaded award-winning advocacy campaigns and developed well-being program initiatives alongside national brands and organizations. Featured on TED, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal, she's a leading voice and champion for work well-being and women's mental health.

Dr. Mo started her career as a biotech scientist, specializing in metabolic engineering and systems biology after receiving her B.S., M.S., and PhD in Bioengineering from UCSD. Her TEDx talk "Changing How We Think About Wellness" has reached 360K+ views, sparking a nationwide conversation on redefining health, beauty, and identity in our modern world. She feels grateful to still call San Diego her home with her husband and two kids.
