#WEHEARHER ADVOCACY COUNCIL

Let’s amplify our power to collectively influence women’s mental health within our communities by advocating for the change we want to see from society.

We believe meaningful change begins with rewriting the cultural belief systems women navigate every day — from the conversations that shape our identities to the brands we trust and the communities we call home.

This shift requires intentional action from those committed to women’s mental health and emotional well‑being — practitioners, entrepreneurs, community leaders, businesses, and organizations who understand that healing is both personal and collective.

That’s why we’re inviting you to join our coalition of mental health advocates and allied organizations pledging their support to LEAD:

  • Lead the way in redefining wellness and self‑care standards that reflect the diverse experiences and needs of women.

  • Empower women to share their stories and experiences in safe and supportive community spaces.

  • Advocate for systemic and cultural change by disrupting barriers and creating equitable opportunities for women to thrive.

  • Develop collaborative pathways toward future generations of women leaders to unlock their full potential.

Together, we can reimagine how society supports women’s mental health — and build a future where healing, leadership, and belonging are accessible to all. One action, one conversation, one pledge at a time.
