Relearning 'No' To Prioritize Work-Life Harmony

About this event

  • 1 hour

  • Mobile eTicket

Take a moment to say 'no' to the unrealistic standards we often hold as women in the workplace, and say ‘yes’ to making work-life work for you – however you choose to define it.

Led by mental health educator & therapist Minaa B. and SeekHer founder Dr. Monica Mo, we’ll open up the dialogue in this interactive community care event to:

  • Identify and reframe the societal roles and limiting work-life beliefs that make us feel boxed in as women

  • Build confidence in saying ‘no’ and consider ways to manage feelings of guilt, when putting yourself first in your personal life

  • Learn to self-advocate in the workplace and create a community around you that encourages others to speak up too

About The #NoisBeautiful Community Care Series

Curated by SeekHer Foundation and powered by Pure Leaf, this intimate community gathering is part of an 8-part online event series to invite women into safe spaces to share how they're saying 'no' and provide guidance on how to reclaim their power in their work & life.

This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support their non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.
