A culture of safety, trust, and belonging is essential for a thriving workplace, yet women – especially women of color and caregivers – continue to be disproportionately impacted by the lack of support systems that are inclusive of their experiences.
In honor of Women’s History Month, SeekHer Foundation invites you to a special #CouncilChat event as we explore what it means to advance women through wellness & equity to lead at work and thrive in life.
In the first half of the event, we’ll first hear from a panel of ERG and organizational leaders from General Assembly, Verizon, and MH WorkLife to share:
Inclusion barriers they’ve overcome as they advance in their careers
Wisdom and learned lessons that shape their personal & professional success
Inspiring community initiatives they’re leading to build a more equitable workplace for women and underrepresented identities.
During the second half, we’ll open up the dialogue through a facilitated group discussion to support your growth and practice as a workplace leader. Designed for supportive learning, peer connection, and self-advocacy, this interactive conversation will provide actionable tools to take back into your workplace and amplify your confidence to enact positive change.
This event is brought to you by members of the #WeHearHer Advocacy Council.
