Jasmynn Smith Abernathy is a California-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She obtained her master's degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University in 2012 and has since worked in various settings, including the child welfare system, non-public schools, community mental health programs, and non-profit organizations. 

She currently owns a private practice, Willow Therapy and Counseling, where she supports individuals and couples in healing their relationships. Jasmynn focuses on healing relationships by overcoming trauma, managing difficult emotions, and reducing burnout.

Jasmynn resides in Southern California and lives a full life as a wife to her husband, Joshua, and a mom to her young son. She is intentional about maintaining emotional wellness in her own life by incorporating mindfulness practice, exercise, and taking breaks to travel.
