A reflective circle for birthworkers where stories can be shared and processed in a soft landing place designed to honor their labor in community, while building a repository of practical methods for grounding in the name of collective wholeness.

Audience

Designed for birthworkers* in all caregiving roles who are seeking a soft landing place to process and ground in like-minded community.

*Birthworkers is defined by Thriving Birthworkers of NC as all professionals and lay people who provide specific support to growing families throughout the perinatal period-including an extended postpartum period of up to 2 years of age.

Leila is a connector and systems thinker dedicated to visioning the kinds of communities that can truly thrive. She works at the intersection of advocacy and culture; supporting parents, strengthening the perinatal workforce and helping organizations and systems reimagine how they show up in community. As a cherished wife and determined homeschooling mother of four boys, Leila embodies the values of whole-person leadership and is actively pursuing our collective wholeness.
