Offering

A trauma-informed, co-created circle that combines guided grounding practices, reflective prompts, and facilitated dialogue. The gathering offers a structured yet flexible container where participants can name and explore the unspoken experiences they carry, normalize common trauma responses, and engage in mutual witnessing and support. The focus is on fostering connection, emotional safety, and collective care rather than fixing or problem-solving.

Audience

Designed for Women of Color, especially Black women, who are high-functioning and resilient yet carry histories of big T or little t trauma. This offering supports those seeking community, understanding, and a space to be seen and heard without pressure to perform, explain, or prioritize others’ needs over their own.
