Offering
A healing-centered reflection circle where women explore emotional fatigue, identity, and the cost of being “the strong one.” Each gathering blends storytelling, journaling, rest practices, and sound meditation to create a soft landing place for women to release, reconnect, and be poured into. The focus is on emotional restoration, shared vulnerability, and reminding participants that they don’t have to carry everything alone.
Audience
Designed for women who hold space for others — caregivers, community builders, advocates, mothers, teachers, doulas, and those often seen as the “strong friend.” Ideal for those craving rest, emotional support, and a nurturing space to be seen, heard, and held.
Chinella Robinson
I am a full spectrum, death, and grief doula, mother of seven, and healing-centered community facilitator rooted in Chicago. Through My Sister’s Keeper, I create gentle spaces for women to rest, release, and be emotionally held without having to be “the strong one.” My work is shaped by lived experience with caregiving, loss, and the belief that soft spaces can spark powerful transformation.
