  • Building Self-Confidence: Discover practices for fostering self-compassion and celebrating achievements. We'll shift your focus from self-doubt to recognizing your strengths and impactful contributions.

  • Empowering Others: Learn how to create a supportive and inclusive environment where others can step into leadership roles with action and confidence.

About This Event

Empowering women from different walks of life, Heal & Lead Circles are themed monthly guided experiences led by SeekHer Foundation. Through these circles, women heal, thrive, and develop leadership skills by building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore tools and practices that support women as they navigate specific roles, lived experiences and aspirations.

As the Barrier Breaker, you are a courageous and ambitious leader who challenges the status quo and strives to break down barriers in your careers and professional field. You possess strong self-belief and are unafraid to advocate for yourself and others, while understanding that true leadership comes from within and isn't defined by titles or positions.
