What if wisdom wasn’t something we carried quietly, but something we embodied fully? What if pleasure, rest, and truth were not luxuries, but the very expressions of resilience?
As part of the #EmpoweredAging series powered by RoC Skincare, join our next Heal & Lead Circle for The Resilient Seeker to honor the depth of your lived experience as a source of strength and authenticity.
Together, we’ll reflect on how cultural narratives often diminish women’s worth as they age, and how reclaiming our bodies, desires, and rhythms allows us to thrive beyond survival. We’ll reimagine success not as “doing it all,” but as living in alignment where rest is restorative, pleasure is rightful, and truth is the foundation of how you lead and live.
About This Event
Empowering women from different walks of life, Heal & Lead Circles are themed monthly guided experiences led by SeekHer Foundation. Through these circles, women heal, thrive, and develop leadership skills by building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore tools and practices that support women as they navigate specific roles, lived experiences and aspirations.
