Building Better Boundaries to Heal Your Inner Child

About this event

Take a moment to say 'no' to the stories that are holding you back from saying 'yes' to showing up fully and moving forward in the present.

Led by therapist Minaa B. & SeekHer founder Dr. Monica Mo, we’ll open up the dialogue in this interactive community care event to:

  • Explore how power dynamics from our childhood impact how you show up in your personal and professional life

  • Reflect and understand how internalized stories can keep you from healing wounds from your past

  • Learn how to reparent yourself by rewriting your inner narrative and buidling better boundaries that honor your needs

About The #NoisBeautiful Community Care Series

Curated by SeekHer Foundation and powered by Pure Leaf, this intimate community gathering is part of an 8-part online event series to invite women into safe spaces to share how they're saying 'no' and provide guidance on how to reclaim their power in their work & life.

This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support their non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.
