Through guided discussions, introspective exercises, and heartfelt sharing, we will explore the importance of being true to ourselves, reconciling our multifaceted identities, and finding strength in our personal narratives in community.

In our time together, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Reflect on your personal journey by sharing your experiences, challenges, and success in a supportive community.

  • Engage in guided exercises and mindfulness activities that encourage self-reflection, self-expression, and living in alignment with your true self

  • Connect with a diverse community who are committed to sharing a space where authenticity is celebrated, wounds are healed, and personal growth is nurtured.
