Seek & Thrive Session | Making Room for What Nourishes You

Seek & Thrive Session | Making Room for What Nourishes You

About this event

As routines tighten and responsibilities pick up, it’s easy to slip into a version of yourself that’s efficient but disconnected — moving through the days on autopilot, meeting expectations, and losing track of what actually makes you feel alive.

This month’s Seek & Thrive: Work‑Life Integration session offers a grounded space to notice what’s been pushed aside, what’s been overshadowed by urgency, and what parts of you are asking to be reclaimed.

Together, we’ll explore the habits, pressures, and inherited roles that quietly pull you away from yourself. You’ll identify what nourishes you, what drains you, and what small shifts could help you return to a version of yourself that feels more whole and more present.  It’s about making room for what matters — not in theory, but in the practical structure of your days to lay the foundation of reconnecting with your inner joy.

About Seek & Thrive Work-Life Integration Sessions

Join us for Seek & Thrive: Work-Life Integration Sessions, a monthly leadership circle led by Dr. Kate Hermosura, SeekHer’s Lead of Women’s Wellbeing & Leadership Development. These group coaching sessions are designed for women who find themselves carrying a heavy load — emotionally, professionally, relationally — and are seeking a space to recalibrate.

Whether you're navigating shifting roles, quiet overwhelm, or the tension between what you offer and what you need, this space invites you to reconnect with your values and restore your sense of direction. Together, we’ll explore how to integrate purpose, wellbeing, and advocacy in ways that feel sustainable and attuned to your current season.

Even when life feels unsteady, you’re invited to find your rhythm — one rooted in discernment, community, and the wisdom of your lived experience. No performance. Just presence, inquiry, and the possibility of realignment.
