Leadership is not just about what we do at work; it is about how we integrate who we are across all domains of life.
Join our next Seek & Thrive: Work‑Life Integration session as we reflect on the presence we bring to leadership, the strength we embody beyond performance, and the legacy we want our leadership to carry in both work and life.
Together, we’ll consider what strength looks like in this season – emotional, relational, or strategic – and how to recalibrate so our leadership feels nourishing rather than depleting. From redefining strength beyond traditional definitions to naming the phrases that capture our leadership presence, we’ll practice advocating for the roles we seek in ways that are authentic and sustainable. This is an invitation to remember that strength is not about doing more, but about showing up with authenticity, integration, and care across work and life.
About Seek & Thrive Work-Life Integration Sessions
Join us for Seek & Thrive: Work-Life Integration Sessions, a monthly leadership circle led by Dr. Kate Hermosura, SeekHer’s Lead of Women’s Wellbeing & Leadership Development. These group coaching sessions are designed for women who find themselves carrying a heavy load — emotionally, professionally, relationally — and are seeking a space to recalibrate.
Whether you're navigating shifting roles, quiet overwhelm, or the tension between what you offer and what you need, this space invites you to reconnect with your values and restore your sense of direction. Together, we’ll explore how to integrate purpose, wellbeing, and advocacy in ways that feel sustainable and attuned to your current season.
Even when life feels unsteady, you’re invited to find your rhythm — one rooted in discernment, community, and the wisdom of your lived experience. No performance. Just presence, inquiry, and the possibility of realignment.
