Seek & Thrive Session | Building Belonging For Ourselves & Each Other

About this event

  • 1 hour

  • Online

Allyship is not a concept we hold at arm’s length; it is a lived practice that shapes how we lead, care, and connect. This Seek & Thrive: Work‑Life Integration session invites us to pause and reflect on the truth that none of us lead alone.

Together, we’ll honor the support we’ve received, explore what it means to show up across differences, and consider how advocacy can be sustained without overextension or burnout.

Our time together offers space for reflection, dialogue, and practice as we examine where gaps exist in our communities, what values guide our presence, and how small but intentional actions can create meaningful change. From grounding prompts to collective mapping, we’ll explore allyship as a bridge between personal values and collective care. This is an invitation to recalibrate: to listen inward, to honor intersectional identities, and to carry forward commitments rooted in care, courage, and connection.

About Seek & Thrive Work-Life Integration Sessions

Join us for Seek & Thrive: Work-Life Integration Sessions, a monthly leadership circle led by Dr. Kate Hermosura, SeekHer’s Lead of Women’s Wellbeing & Leadership Development. These group coaching sessions are designed for women who find themselves carrying a heavy load — emotionally, professionally, relationally — and are seeking a space to recalibrate.

Whether you're navigating shifting roles, quiet overwhelm, or the tension between what you offer and what you need, this space invites you to reconnect with your values and restore your sense of direction. Together, we’ll explore how to integrate purpose, wellbeing, and advocacy in ways that feel sustainable and attuned to your current season.

Even when life feels unsteady, you’re invited to find your rhythm — one rooted in discernment, community, and the wisdom of your lived experience. No performance. Just presence, inquiry, and the possibility of realignment.
