Seek & Thrive Session | Protecting Space to Find Your Pace

Seek & Thrive Session | Protecting Space to Find Your Pace

About this event

As responsibilities stack and schedules tighten, it becomes easy to lose track of where your time is going — and even easier to forget that you have agency in shaping it.

Join this month’s Seek & Thrive: Work‑Life Integration session for a practical pause to look at the structure of your days and identify what’s taking up space that no longer serves you.

Together, we’ll examine the commitments, expectations, and habits that quietly consume your bandwidth. You’ll map what feels essential, what feels inherited, and what feels negotiable as we explore the meaningful shifts that help you reclaim time, protect your energy, and create room for what actually supports your well‑being.

About Seek & Thrive Work-Life Integration Sessions

Join us for Seek & Thrive: Work-Life Integration Sessions, a monthly leadership circle led by Dr. Kate Hermosura, SeekHer’s Lead of Women’s Wellbeing & Leadership Development. These group coaching sessions are designed for women who find themselves carrying a heavy load — emotionally, professionally, relationally — and are seeking a space to recalibrate.

Whether you're navigating shifting roles, quiet overwhelm, or the tension between what you offer and what you need, this space invites you to reconnect with your values and restore your sense of direction. Together, we’ll explore how to integrate purpose, wellbeing, and advocacy in ways that feel sustainable and attuned to your current season.

Even when life feels unsteady, you’re invited to find your rhythm — one rooted in discernment, community, and the wisdom of your lived experience. No performance. Just presence, inquiry, and the possibility of realignment.
