Spring invites us to clear space: to notice what feels heavy or outdated, and to make room for what wants to grow.
In this Seek & Thrive: Work‑Life Integration session, we’ll explore resetting routines through shedding and re‑alignment. Together, we’ll reflect on the habits, roles, and responsibilities that drain rather than nourish, and re‑center the values that sustain us.
Our time together offers space to reexamine where clutter shows up in our lives, what emotions surface when we let go, and how to discern between what is essential and what is excess. This circle invites us to advocate for ourselves with boundaries, delegation, and practices that honor our energy, while committing to small but intentional resets that create spaciousness. This is not about performance, but about practice. Not about loss, but about creating space for clarity, connection, and sustainable leadership.
About Seek & Thrive Work-Life Integration Sessions
Join us for Seek & Thrive: Work-Life Integration Sessions, a monthly leadership circle led by Dr. Kate Hermosura, SeekHer’s Lead of Women’s Wellbeing & Leadership Development. These group coaching sessions are designed for women who find themselves carrying a heavy load — emotionally, professionally, relationally — and are seeking a space to recalibrate.
Whether you're navigating shifting roles, quiet overwhelm, or the tension between what you offer and what you need, this space invites you to reconnect with your values and restore your sense of direction. Together, we’ll explore how to integrate purpose, wellbeing, and advocacy in ways that feel sustainable and attuned to your current season.
Even when life feels unsteady, you’re invited to find your rhythm — one rooted in discernment, community, and the wisdom of your lived experience. No performance. Just presence, inquiry, and the possibility of realignment.
