Redefining Success To Lead, Live & Thrive

About this event

Take a moment to say 'no' to external measures of success and 'yes' to creating your own definition of a fulfilling life.

Led by therapist Minaa B. & SeekHer founder Dr. Monica Mo, we’ll open up the dialogue in this interactive community care event to:

  • Explore how societal standards of success (such as family, career, financial) can negatively impact your self-image

  • Learn how to release the external metrics of success to find happiness in the present

  • Uncover what it means to lead a life of wholeness and fulfillment that can only be defined by you

About The #NoisBeautiful Community Care Series

Curated by SeekHer Foundation and powered by Pure Leaf, this intimate community gathering is part of an 8-part online event series to invite women into safe spaces to share how they're saying 'no' and provide guidance on how to reclaim their power in their work & life.

This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support their non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.
