Offering
A reflective healing circle combining storytelling, journaling, and gentle mindfulness practices where women explore the emotional and invisible labor they carry in their personal and professional lives. Each gathering blends open dialogue with moments of rest and release, creating space to name what feels heavy, celebrate resilience, and reconnect to self and community. The focus is on collective healing, self-compassion, and redefining strength through rest and authenticity.
Audience
Designed for women who lead, care, and give deeply—professionals, mothers, healers, and changemakers—seeking a space to lay their burdens down, share honest reflection, and receive the same care they so often give to others.
Jalessa Cherry
I’m a licensed clinical social worker, facilitator, and community leader passionate about creating spaces where women can rest, release, and reconnect. My work is rooted in over a decade of supporting healing, leadership, and equity in behavioral health, and in my lived experience as a mother and caregiver learning to balance purpose with restoration. The Weighted Woman Circle was born from a desire to honor the strength it takes to carry so much—and the healing that happens when we finally set it down.
