What It Is

Off Duty is an intimate, in-person wellness and reflection experience that combines guided conversation, journaling, breathwork, restorative wellness activities, and a therapist-led emotional wellness circle. The experience gives women space to release pressure, reconnect with themselves, and receive care without being expected to lead, produce, or support anyone else.

Who It’s For

for Black women—especially oldest daughters, caregivers, helping professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and mothers—who carry significant emotional and practical responsibility. It tends to the need for rest, boundaries, cultural affirmation, and genuine connection by creating a space where women can feel seen, supported, and temporarily “off duty.”

Audra Tousaint

I’m a therapist, educator, and entrepreneur passionate about creating restorative spaces for Black women. As someone who understands the pressure of being the strong one, the helper, and the person others depend on, I created Off Duty to offer rest, reflection, and real connection.
