Each session weaves peer dialogue with guided reflection, creating a nurturing container for women to process their experiences of birth, loss, and renewal. The focus is on building resilience and connection while honoring the complexity of motherhood.

Maya Thompson

Maya is a community doula and mother of two who has spent the last decade supporting women through birth, loss, and early parenting. She brings her background in maternal health advocacy and her lived experience of balancing identity and caregiving into every gathering.
