The 5th annual SeekHer Shift Survey invites every voice to the table.
Women’s mental health isn’t just about listening to women — it’s about listening to everyone. Across every gender and lived experience, your voice has the power to illuminate what’s been held in silence and reimagine what collective care can become.
Because wellness isn’t just how we care for ourselves. It’s the weight we carry. It’s the support we’re offered – or denied. It’s the expectations placed on us, and the silence that surrounds them.
This year, we’re expanding the conversation around women’s mental health as a shared responsibility, not a personal burden. By exploring how emotional well-being is shaped by perception, belonging, and invisible labor, we’re gathering insights that help uncover what’s been unseen, and what needs to change.
This survey is more than about collecting data. It’s a moment of reflection, restoration, and truth-telling. Every voice matters. And every experience helps shape a culture where care is shared, not earned.
This 10-minute survey is designed to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore how emotional well-being is shaped by identity, values, and lived experience.
What to Expect
We’ll reflect on how care is accessed, withheld, or expected – and how that impacts our sense of safety, inclusion, and support. You’ll be asked about your emotional experiences in navigating systems not built with all of us in mind.
While this survey may not capture every experience, each response helps illuminate what’s been carried quietly or overlooked — and what’s worth protecting, so we can reimagine a culture of collective care together.
Share the Survey
Change begins when we make space for reflection. By showing up for your truth, you help shift the culture of care – for yourself and for others.
