At SeekHer, we’re here for the women who are carrying so much of life quietly:

the emotional load, the invisible labor, the expectations that never seem to let up.

We see the weight that doesn’t always get named, and we believe every woman deserves space to slow down, acknowledge what she’s holding, and feel supported instead of stretched thin.

Women are masking, delaying their own care, and showing up for others even when they’re running on empty — and the emotional toll is adding up. The numbers tell the story, but the lived experience is what matters most.

That’s why OLLY and SeekHer Foundation are partnering to expand access to emotional well‑being resources and offer women more compassion, more support, and more room to do what truly serves them — so you can come back to yourself, even when the world keeps asking for more.

This is what women are navigating beneath the surface:

The first donut chart indicates 83% mask their emotional experiences, the second shows 59% put off their own care for a week or more, and the third depicts 43% support others through hard moments while receiving little care in return.

How OLLY’s Support Is Making a Difference

OLLY’s contribution this year strengthens SeekHer’s Women Who LEAD Fund, fueling local leaders who are creating healing‑centered spaces in their communities. Their support also helps us reach more than 40,000 women each month through community care, storytelling, and healing‑centered leadership.

Across 16 Chapters in 11 states, women leaders are building community spaces rooted in what women name most: breaking intergenerational cycles, embodied healing, and motherhood & parenting. This year’s donation will help us expand #WeHearHer Chapters to more U.S. cities, deepen leader training and stipends, and sustain safe spaces for open, healing‑centered dialogue so more women can access the care and community they deserve.
