In order to shift how we talk about mental health, we must recognize that our struggles aren’t meant to be carried alone — regardless of age, gender, and cultural identity. According to the SeekHer Shift Report, 54.8% of women struggle to connect within their existing social environment, including having no support at all. This can especially be difficult for those who identify within a marginalized racial or ethnic group — 80.6% of BIPOC women grew up believing that mental health issues were stigmatized and viewed as a personal deficit.

OLLY and SeekHer Foundation are working together to support research and programs benefiting women and practitioners who identify as BIPOC — where mental health support is often limited in access and quality of care.

To truly help our communities thrive, we’re committed to breaking the stigma around mental health & supporting women to access the support they deserve across all lived experiences.

We Can’t Be Well If We Can’t Be Real.
