Welcome to our fourth annual SeekHer Shift Survey.

WE’RE SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE.

As women, we navigate a landscape where our freedoms are constantly challenged. In a time of change and uncertainty, we can empower ourselves by understanding the challenges we face and working together to create a more equitable future.

In this year's survey, we invite you to join us in this important work. By exploring the intricate relationship between women's mental health and our current societal challenges, we can gain valuable insights that inspire meaningful action and change.

Created by women for women, the SeekHer Shift Survey is your moment. It's more than just data collection; it's a powerful opportunity for self-reflection and shaping the future of women's mental health. Together, we can harness our collective strength to co-create a world where independence and interdependence coexist.

Before we begin, let's briefly outline how we'll navigate this survey to explore the complex interplay between women's mental health and contemporary societal challenges.

What to Expect

By delving into current issues like women's health and bodily autonomy, self-expression, caregiving, workplace inclusion, and community safety and security, we aim to offer a comprehensive understanding of the barriers that currently impact women's well-being, and the solutions we strive for.

We recognize that the topics covered in this survey are not exhaustive of the modern womanhood experience. We carefully selected them to address some, but not all, of the most prevalent challenges women face today.
